In fact, sociological research shows that the essential building blocks of friendships are harder to come by in adult life<\/a>. Even just a casual friendship can require up to 50 hours of quality time<\/a>, which is a big ask when you\u2019re juggling work, relationships, family, and all your other responsibilities.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n
